For Creators:

• Must upload only original, authentic content
• Provide accurate view counts and analytics
• Complete campaigns within agreed timelines
• Maintain professional communication with brands

For Brands:

• Must make fair and reasonable campaign offers
• Provide clear campaign requirements and guidelines
• Pay creators promptly upon campaign completion
• Respect creators' intellectual property rights

• All payouts are processed only after admin verification and approval
• Payment delays may occur due to banking issues or verification requirements
• Trufl uses secure escrow systems to protect both parties
• Service fees are clearly disclosed before transactions
• Disputed payments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Prohibited Content:

• Illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Plagiarized or copyrighted material without permission
• Misleading or false advertising
• Content that violates community standards
• Spam or irrelevant promotional material

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or false information
• Repeated policy violations
• Abusive behavior towards other users

Users will be notified of suspension reasons and given opportunity to appeal when appropriate.

Trufl operates as a platform facilitating connections between brands and creators. We are not liable for:

• Disputes between brands and creators
• Quality or delivery of content created
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Third-party payment processor delays
• Any damages arising from platform use

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Trufl will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
